Please include your iOS version, your FlyAit app version (Profile tab, scroll to the bottom), and a short description of what you are seeing. A screenshot helps.

2. Autopilot Subscription

Autopilot is the paid tier of FlyAit. $3.99 per month or $39.99 per year, billed through Apple. Autopilot flies the plan, including Voice Trip Planning, Ground Crew sharing, and Clear to Curb milestones.

Manage or cancel your subscription. Open the Settings app on iPhone, tap your name at the top, choose Subscriptions, then FlyAit. You can change or cancel at any time. If you cancel, you keep Autopilot access through the end of your paid period.

Restore a previous purchase. Open FlyAit, go to Profile, tap Restore Purchases. Your Autopilot tier will be restored on the same Apple ID.

Refunds. Apple handles all billing refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot process refunds directly, but email us if you run into any trouble.

3. Ground Crew Sharing

Ground Crew lets you send one link to your family or whoever is picking you up. They see every step of your journey live in any browser. No app install required.

If a shared link is not loading, first check that the recipient has a live internet connection, then tap the journey card in FlyAit and generate a fresh link. Links expire 24 hours after landing.

To stop sharing at any time, open the journey and tap End Ground Crew. The link goes dark immediately.

4. Apple Wallet Pass

FlyAit creates an Apple Wallet pass for each saved trip. The pass shows your Leave By time, gate, and journey milestones. Tap the FlyAit app to refresh the pass with the latest information.

If the pass is not refreshing, open Settings, then Wallet & Apple Pay, then make sure Automatic Updates is on for FlyAit. If that does not resolve it, delete the pass and tap Add to Apple Wallet in FlyAit again.

5. Account and Data

Most FlyAit features work without an account. If you signed in with Apple, you can delete your account from inside the app at any time: Profile, then Account, then Delete Account. This removes every saved trip, every TSA report you submitted, and any billing history tied to your Apple ID.

To export your saved trip data before deleting, email support@flyait.com, and we will send you a JSON file within one business day.

6. Feedback and Feature Requests

We ship what we pitch, and every feature on our roadmap started as a request from a flyer. If something is missing or something could be better, email support@flyait.com with the subject line Feature request. We read everyone.
