The rules of the road. By using FlyAit you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them as plain-English as the lawyers allow.
By downloading, installing, or using the FlyAit mobile app (the “App”) or visiting flyait.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, do not use the App or Site.
FlyAit is provided by FlyAit, LLC (“FlyAit,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
You must be at least 13 years old to use FlyAit and old enough to legally accept these Terms in your jurisdiction. Users under 13 are not permitted.
Some features require signing in with an Apple ID. You’re responsible for keeping your Apple credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Renewal is charged to your Apple ID.
Go to iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → FlyAit Autopilot → Cancel Subscription. You’ll retain Autopilot access until the end of the paid period.
Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Refund requests are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
FlyAit’s free features remain free indefinitely. You do not need an Autopilot subscription to use the App.
We may change pricing for new subscribers. Existing subscribers will be notified of any pricing change at least 30 days before it takes effect for their account.

When you submit a TSA report or in-app feedback, you grant FlyAit a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display that content for the purpose of operating the App.
Flight schedules, traffic estimates, weather, and TSA forecasts come from third parties (FlightAware, Apple Maps, NWS, TSAWaitTimes). We do not guarantee accuracy. Verify critical information with your airline.
FlyAit is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLYAIT, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLYAIT, LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FLYAIT IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
FlyAit is not liable for missed flights, missed connections, delayed travel, or any related costs. The App is a planning aid. Final responsibility for catching your flight rests with you.
The App, the FlyAit name, the eagle logo, and all related branding are the property of FlyAit, LLC and protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not use the FlyAit name or logo without our written permission, except to reference the App in standard editorial contexts (reviews, news articles, etc.).
“FlyAit,” “FlyAiT,” “Tower,” “Tower Clearance,” “Tower Member,” “Tower Chat,” “Clear for Takeoff,” “Clear to Curb,” “Ground Crew,” “Autopilot,” and the FlyAit eagle logo are trademarks of FlyAit, LLC.
You may stop using FlyAit at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms. Active Autopilot subscriptions continue until the end of the paid period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
